Did you go to Kanes or Southern? Neither are particularly Buell-friendly, but Kanes seems especially hostile.

Haha tell me about it. Called Kane's they said they didn't work on buells. I am forced to deal with calgary Harley.

As for the bike, just the ECM was replaced. Must just be new parameters. Does anyone see it being a problem that it isn't coming on when I turn the bike off. Does anyone else's do this

i have right side Uly RSS cooling duct on all my Buells. even on 30 degree C days my fans rarely come on. two out of 3 of them never come on upon shut-down if that helps.

My fans came on quite a bit less, and for shorter periods, when I switched to an EBR 'race' ECM from the stock unit. It hasn't been a problem for me in urban traffic and/or +40C (100F) temperatures.

Like lunatic, I have the 2nd air scoop which seems to help too.
