Yea I know it is , but thats covered by the cowl on your bike anyways, so it shouldnt be that big of a deal .. its a what 800 to 1200 dollar exhaust ? that you cant find anymore ? Im not promoting it, but i know how sought after this exhaust is .

Anyone notice the air box cover on that? It's for sale too! Currently at $61! Would be nice for someone that wants to paint theirs...

Pinwall seems to have their fair share of Buell parts. I've gotten parts from them in the past for my old Magna and they were good to deal with.

I was talking about the pipe, it has a huge gash in the front. and in new shape I don't think I've seen one go over 400 unless it had the ecm and filter with it, and then it still barely cleared 4 from what I remember.

Hello fellow Buellers I'm new to Buell just bought a 2005 firebolt xb9r,all stock.I love it far superior to any other rocket I've owned.Anything I need to know about these: problems, best exhaust, best performance,oil,ect...... thank you!

lol oh9, I'll give that a [up]

master- what do you want out of your bike, that's the first question you should ask. do your maintenance regularly, that's the best advice anyone can give to keep these in great shape.

yes I'm very high maintenance with my bikes,I have a 78 shovelhead always needs something done to it, wanting a good sound out of my Buell ,and reliability,I plan to ride a lot of miles on it.

Talk to dean, his exhausts sound pretty good and seem to make good power.
Keda Design link on the side->
otherwise I hear the force exhausts are LOUD.
use oil you're comfortable with, I know a lot of people like the amsoil and royal purple.

I would say you probably want to start your own thread though, since this is threadjacking this one.

WHOOPS my bad Wolfo ! I was looking at the pics from my Blackberry and didn't see that, my apologies . [sad]

I say its salvagable if someone wants to canabalize their stocker to replace the nose, but I wouldnt pay over $50 for it as is.

The airbox cover looks solid, and it appears to be a hard to find Showyomoto cover priced in at a rough $300. [cool]

Exhaust could be easy fix with a chopped off front of a stocker, welded, and recoated.
