Man that looks sweet! So about how much of a gap did you have between the neck and the trees before swapping the stems?

lovely bike, good work

Thanks!

I have put some more miles on it and I have to say it defiantly is a nice machine. However not the most comfortable thing in the world. But I didn't build it to do any touring on that's for sure.

Is it the front or rear that's the culprit?

Its the front, I went with -7 degrees crossroads and that may have been a bad decision but that's what I had for the time being. May change it up next season and it doesn't bother me that much. Its definitely more a more aggressive sitting position than before.

We have made some "stenzel bars" for my S1W and any other tuber for that matter. They are supposed to make the tubers much smoother. I guess we will see, install coming up!

Yes eventually, still in the prototype stage. I installed one today on the S1W. Noticeable difference in vibration reduction especially at idle and cruise RPM.

Alrighty... I might have missed it somewhere but....... What exactly do these do??...

They mount between the front motor mount and upper tie link. They cut vibrations tremendously.

Basically splitting the load of the front motor mount in between the upper tie link and front motor mount. Also reduces the risk of front motor mount bolt breakage. I'll r&d it for a a little while on mine and report back to the thread.
