Thats what I call my purty lady. 2009 xb12r. I'm just about done with all the work I wanted to do to it since I bought it.
K&n filter
Jardine exhaust
Ebr race ecm
Double bubble
Asv levers
Cycle pirates race throttle
Chain conversion
Fender eliminator
GPR steering stabilizer
Dunlop Q2 tires
Carbon front fender
Traxxis springs front and rear

I think I'm forgetting a few things. Heres a teaser pic, I'll get more tonight. Just finishing up the chain conversion, gotta take out a link and lower the idler arm..

It looks alot better on the bike than just seeing a pic of it on the EBR website. Are you gonna run a pulley now sprocket cover?

How much did the entire belt to sprocket conversion run you? Are you happy you did it? maybe the reason why you decided to.

Sorry for so many questions. I have been curious about this swap for some time!

Lets see some pics of the entire bike!

yeah, i'm also curious.

what are the benefits of going from a belt to a chain ??

Stronger, more adjustments, more reliable. I'll tell you tonight how it works, still workin on it

Every time I look at this it pushes me 1 step closer. Just don't want to have to deal with the mess of a chain.

i've been fighting with the idea of the chain conversion, looks mean plus easy ratio changes, but i don't wanna deal with the maint, mess, noise or adjustments...

all said and done what did the conversion cost ya? (if you don't mind me asking)

Great now im reconsidering doing the chain conversion... thanks Luc lol

looks great btw

Looking good!!![up][up]

Here's a plug for 5-0DRO, I think it would look pretty sick with the pulley cover that he sell on there!

^Luc, if you happen to want the 5-0 cover, I'd be willing to split it with you and I'd take the plate that goes on the pulley. I don't think he sells them separate and I don't really want the cover, just the plate for the pulley. Just throwing it out there...

Just bustin balls! I have thought about the GPR and almost bought one neumerous times. I just need to break down and do it!

Its nice man, I really like it. Awesome on the twisties and track

Are you 100% comfortable with your GPR LucR? I got one several months ago and I'm still not comfortable with it. Feels like it almost steers the bike sometimes. I don't feel like I have as good of control with it.

It definitley feels more stable in hard excellerations, but even in turns sometimes I feel like it takes over the feel of the turn. Hard to explain and I can't get used to it.
