Never piloted an aircraft, but doing 22 yrs in the AF I fueled just about every type! The top three of which would have to be Air Force One, the SR71 and the U2. I guess I have a fondness for that black OPS stuff. The scariest landing I ever witnessed as a passenger was heading to a deployment to Soto Cono AB Honduras...I remember thinking to myself as I was able to see people in thier huts that "they didnt announce we were crashing."

FYI: The take off wasn't any more reassuring......

I'm a licensed skydiver, the view from outside is incredible. The King Air B90 is a cool jump plane quick to altitude. But the exit from a Casa via the tail gate is a blast!

We've been to a number of airshows over the years and by we I mean myself, the wife and my 2 girls. I'm fortunate that we're all aircraft fans. We've only flown once from Buffalo to disney and back. We only live about 40 min from Hamilton Ontario where there is one of only two flying WW-2 Lancaster bombers in the world. We go see it a couple of times a year. The sound from those 4 V-12 Merlins is unbelievable. The coolest plane I've ever seen has to be the B1-B at the London show a few years back. The pilot flew the thing like a much bigger and louder fighter jet, Was awesome. Wayne

I am planning on taking lesson in a few years once I finish up my master's degree. I have always been into simulators my favorite being old school my first sim Jane's F-15 f back from 98'... Seen several of the blue angels shows and volunteered at our local hero's take flight fly-in a few years back.

Growing up, I was always into planes. My Late father had a nice 77 Piper Cherokee 140. I can remember being so thrilled to get off the ground that I hated his walk around proceedure.

I'm just about to start taking my private pilots in a 2001 Cessna Skyhawk SP. Ive flown in it quite a few times on a renters basis. My buddy just got back from the "Delta Academy" and we fly on the regular.

Ive been to every airshow you can imagine from Oshkosh and Sun n fun to small local shows. At Sun N Fun, I was about 14 and my dad payed $150 for 20 mins in a Pitts Special for my birthday. [up] There is also two airshows Im attending in june, Mid-Atlantic's Air Muesum's WWII weekend. Ive reserved my 20 minute flight in "Red nose", which is a Mustang P-51D. Sooo excited. Im also going to the Redbull Airaces coming to NYC!![up]

Id love a plane of my own someday, Id like a Super Decathlon like Dave does, but for right now Ill stick to a 172 Skyhawk.

I work for a cargo company in Alaska. I fly a beech 1900. Before that I flew and caravan and a turbine navajo in the bush for two years.

Sikorsky S-70, aka UH-60

I spent 6 years working on these, they're my favorite "airplane".

I went to school for ATC and have 50+ hours of flight time. No license but I will get it eventually..

I spent a little over 8 years in the Army as a Blackhawk pilot. As a commissioned guy I spent more time riding around in HMMWVs than I did on the stick. I loved flying, but haven't touched the controls in almost 4 years. One of the reasons I got out.

He has over 60 planes all flying!
Located in Virginia Beach,
Not a plane but still cool, BMW stationed in Africa, same as the one in Indiana Jones.

I'm a pilot and fly jets and turboprops and everything else for a living. I have over 7300 hrs and am typed in 5 different jets. Love all airplanes but must say my favorite one is the P51 Mustang.

Not a pilot but hope to be some day, my favorite are certainly the P-51, Corsair, the Flying tiger and the Dauntless what a great weekend!!

Heres a picture of my airplane needs a little restoring once I get done with college

I don't fly, but have aircraft embedded in my blood. I have a tool manufacturing company which focuses on cutting tools for the airframe. I'm thinking some of you mechanics that responded to this may have, or are using my tools. Pretty cool, actually.
The Buell let's me fly at ground level, which will have to suffice for now.
