hahaha. gator that's rough. worst potpourri i've had yet was when one of our guys took a grenade and it blasted him into the shit stream of one of the towns we were in. the combo burning flesh and the hadj poo-water was an awesome fragrance as i cas-evaced him. dude was a man about it though, didn't want any morphine and laughed when i joked with him about needing to get him the **** out of me vehicle before his stench decided to take up residence.

nuage, did you order your xb12ss through aafes? i'm about to go back home and pick mine up too.

e-4 medic/gunner for convoys with the good ol' 81st HBCT about to be a civilian again.

HAHA Pdx, yea i went to the ENCS hut next to our PX. I love how our job's become everything but medic. So far this tour i've played gunner, designated marksman, TC for a few convoys, PSD for our CO and 1sg, and fortunately only had to play medic a couple times (and no one died). i recently checked the in stock bikes on ENCS and they only have the cafe racer, 1125r's, and firebolts, oh and ulysses left in stock. the rep in the encs hut might be able to help you more. or goto encs.com and do it via e-mail.

i'm just hoping there aren't better deals back in the states, or i'm going to have to start making demands of them.

6 years US Army, Mechanized Cavalry, HOO AHH!!! Bradley turret systems mechanic, Desert Sheild/Storm. The most rewarding job I ever had, every job I have had since I have given my all and have been sorely disapointed with the return. There is no compare to active military service! "It's not a job' it's an adventure!" To true!

wow, uhhhhh CJT. cough. obviously you overdosed on the MRE HOO-AHH!!! bars while you were in. . .

ranger pudding is better though. i am talking to ENCS now about how the 2010s are a lower price than the 09s.

we'll see what they say

Hey Folmar19, keep your head up bro. That Province and those valleys are really bad. We sent home 4 guys this year due to our helicopters getting fucked up by RPGs. One lost his foot, one broke his back, one got part of his ass blown off, and one got peppered pretty badly by shrapnel. While they all survived, we felt horrible for the loss of our brothers. I can't imagine how you guys felt to lose 8. Every time we flew in there we never liked how some of those COPs were set up. I still remember when we lost COP Vegas in the Korangal.

Currently a Desk Sergeant in Heidelberg, Germany. I love how people just throw the PSD term around for conducting convoy security. Do it for a General Officer and soon realize there is a whole more to it than escorting somebody with a couple gun truck.
