i know why it broke...... stupid POS harley motor shakes more than a damn paint shaker! just did new isolators so they should be good. Looked like the crack started at the 02 bung and worked it way around. Im going to go with it had a bad weld from the factory and finially broke

My Kerker cracked because the steel bushing inside the mounting rubber was just oh so slightly touching the foot peg bracket. Obviously anything you can do to isolate hard mounted parts from moving bits ( the whole friggin motor) should fix it. Wayne

Yeah ill have to see what i can do. I have a feeling i know why it broke though. Im still running the old style front exhaust support and it broke so i just used a bolt for now. Have the new updated mount in my tool box just don't have the regulator bracket. Plus i will have to fab up something custom to make the mount on the header match up with the new bracket....... PITA[sad]
