I used to own a R6 and with me on my R6, I would leave me and my XB12Ss looking for answers. But thats apples to oranges and I would much rather ride my Buell. The thing about a Buell is, it doesn't corner that much better than a Jap bike its just easier and funner.

Also, our bikes handle well, BUT to claim a R6 or 750GSXR will be lost to you in the turns is simply untrue. Those bikes handle extremely well and are very smooth.

The rider makes a big difference in both the straight line and in the twisties.

Well I have to say that even if the rider do make a difference the bike is there too. For example I'm no pro racers and when I was with my DRZ400SM on twisty roads the only two guys that could stay infront of me were on R1 and GSXR1000 and they were both racers so yes the bike does make a big difference.

another thing with the buell in the twisties is that you can stay in a gear.. go around the corner and have tons of torque left to sprint out. Jap bikes may require rapid up and down shifts. thats just what I hear and sound about right.
