Starter Issues?

So I took it to batteries plus, and they said I need a new one. They said it had 190 cold cranking amps, and I looked on their website before I went there, and the ones they sell had 200 cca. So I didn't buy one. Then I went over to Advance Auto parts and the battery I have(HD) doesn't say what cca it is supposed to have so I just said 200 and they told me it was ok, just needs a recharge? Anyone know what CCA it should have?

12.5 is alright but really it should read around 13.5-14 at 2,500 rpm 12.5 might just be the charge in the battery

So I did the mA draw test and it says it drawing 1.5mA all the time. Does the ECU draw current even when the key is off?

Yes the ecm draws constant power
