Rear brake lever, just so your clear it's not a hand lever (those are sold). I'll check to see if I have an extra bolt.

Don't have a bolt, but you can just take whats left of yours and buy it from any hardware store, there's no shoulder on it as the bushings ride on a steel sleeve. I polished the sleeve and oiled it, smooth as silk. Pedal is mint and brand spanking new condition as is the peg if you wanted that too.
