Just a view meters from my apartment a taxi kicked my off the bike. I did not wear my jacket so my back looks like gulasch. 1 week in the hospital a view days at home and a lot of pain. The driver is 62 years and has no insurance, I will get nothing from him. The bile is ok and will be fixed with less then 200 USD but my left shoulder will take time. So wear your gear even u just go for cigarettes…

Ouch dude! Boo on that POS taxi driver!!![down][down][down]

Heal quick!

was he in a company taxi, or does he "own" his own taxi business? If he was working for a taxi company, sue the shit out of the company. no guarantee you will see anything still, but it is at least a way.

Thats too bad, and im not rubbing it in or making it personal , but in general the injuries could have been completely avoided with even an ok mesh jacket. Rest up get the bike fixed get dome quality gear keep riding

Yeah if you are in the US you need to get the company to take care of you (they have insurance) or if he has his own company, then sue. It is against the law to own a company like that and not have insurance so you would def win the case.

thx for your comments... 1st I was stupid not to wear the mash jacket.. 2nd the taxi driver rent the car and showed a fake license so the insurance will not pay, he got no money so thats it... and yes I live in Thailand... they say welcome to unseen Thailand... I have seen too much by now
