"There's those that have been down, and those that are goin down" is what my dad always use to say.
Well Bad news guys, one of our fellow Buell riders went down yesterday. Most of you know him as "Kajer" on here.
He was riding to work, and he changed lanes and right when he changed into the other lane, some lady in front of him slams on her brakes. He basically stoppied into the back of her car, went over the car and off to the side where the bike landed on top of him. He sat in the middle of 2 lanes with the bike on to of him for about 5 minutes because no one wanted to move it. Well he had majorly f***ed the freeways so an ambulance couldn't get to him, so he was airlifted out. He has no broken bones, no road rash, and no head injury, but he gut took a good hit. He's in a lot of pain today still in ICU and they are watching for internal bleeding.
I must say though, when a hospital calls you and tell you that a friend was in a motorcycle accident, it's a scary feeling. But the buddy system worked!
Anyway... ride safe guys, and tell your mom you love her!!
