You made that pipe?????????? Wow!! I bought mine.OOOO-NOOOOOO its not a scooter, its a MOPED!! Its a Polini race pipe. Malossi Race case, Polini piston, cylinder, and high compression head. 13.13 Delorto Carb. I am going to start welding soon so i can start making my own custom stuff. This is or was a 30+ year old vespa Ciao moped, I modified it and created a one off Bright special. To fit my liking. Its surprisingly very fast, Shoots up to 50MPH very quick with my skinny as on it.

yea i used a program called java pipe to get the proper design dimensions for a straight pipe. i then used those and made a curved pipe in a solid modeling program. using the sheet metal application in proE to get templates to cut out flat sections of metal. rolled the sections and then tig welded it together. its tuned for 10k rpm. the sections actually have curved edges before you roll them, after rolled it becomes a flat plane and it makes it easier to weld together.

sweet moped, sorry i called it a scooter. i like the clip-ons too

edit: i wanted to make smoother bends and hydroform a pipe then cut it into 3 sections or so and rotate it around but my friend and i were having trouble with the hydroforming trying to use a pressure washer.

Ok, I through i bunch of stuff in this one, the bike with the green wheels is a redone Vespa Bravo Moped, and its my girl friends, and she is riding it. Her bike is just as fast as mine because I built it to keep up with mine but she wont go very fast on it, so it did matter how fast i made it. Oh and she picked the colors on her bike, it is powder coat.

The funny motorized stool looking thing is exactly that, i made a stool and a sub-frame into a motor diagnostics machine, and it works great! I use it for tuning and building motors, jetting, and finding compressing leaks, and for fixing electrical problems etc.

That Magnum is sweet! I have a lot of friends who build these things to go 50+ as well, we all live in the city, so they all come in real handy, plus there is no law that requires you to carry insurance, or licence plates.

Hows that thing wheelie? I love how small it is and its bigger cc then scooters!

I have to rant. Why is it such a problem to people what other people that you don't even know wear while they ride? Are you their ******* mommy. I ride in shorts and shoes with a sleeveless shirt. Who is that hurting? Nobody but me if I wreck. If you have a problem with what someone wears or how they ride get the **** over it.

RIDE UR RIDE NOT MINE!!!

Sorry had the vent
And if you have a problem with me calling you a squid for it... How was it you put it..., That's right "Get the **** over it"

Sorry had the vent

It wheelie's great!! You can build the motor up to about 85cc and with the pipe and the high compression head, 19mm carb, and boost ports, it will fly. Its also variated so its like being a 3 speed automatic. Im still inching my way up to its full potential. They are fun.

Here is a Tomos Targa I use to own, I like my Vespa better, but a lot of people like the looks of how i turned this into a little cafe bike. It only had a stock motor i never spent any money on it before i sold it. I just spent time making it look cool. Its called a no-ped. It had a kick start. It was pretty fast, and it was a two speed auto.
