Top 10 best handling bikes EVER

Wrong, The Suzuki has the edge in HP. The main thing holding back the EBR was the top end, Eslick could out handle him, but couldn't create enough space from Young on the straights.

Lol this is great!!!

Grego calm down holy crap man lay off the coffee redbull expresso shots.

I was half joking, i love my Buell and i can make it do work on the street and it does handle great up in the mountains.

1190s are not Buells, they are EBR, the 1125 isnt an XB platform bike either. The 1125 wasnt around when that list was made, pretty sure it puts the XBs to shame.

Damn man you just like arguing. I never said the EBR had more hp than the jap bikes. I said that EBR can compete with the jap bikes because the EBR has comparable hp to the jap bikes, unlike the xb's. Put an xb on the track with 90hp and see how well it does.

BTW, is there really a coffee redbull expresso shot? Where do I get one???

When I say buells are fast on the track, I'm talking about track days XB's vs other riders who are not professionals but ride 600's and 1000's. I'm not trying to keep the argument going this is about handling. Your not going to take a 800hp stretched strip killer to a road course track and beat an XB, because the laps are faster. Thats what I am implying.

Not that ive seen, but i sure as hell would buy them!

And not to argue. On the track an XB would not outperform a 600 inline or 1000 inline or other v-twins. A suzuki sv650 would put the xb to shame.

I'm thinking that's a matter of opinion. I know I don't have the fastest bike in the world top speed wise but I beat the dog **** out of my buddies cbr 600 and his brothers sv650 all the time. It takes close to a mile or more before he can pass me. This is from experiences no pulling out the rulers or anything.

Yeah I am going to call shenanigans on that. I dumped my 06 SV650 for my 12r and I am pretty sure my XB would rape my old SV.

And with *only* double the displacement!

Xb9 and sv650 are comparable in the hands of a skilled pilot.

Ah... The displacement defense. Lets ignore the fact that the XB has half the cylinders, no inter cooler, and redlines at 7000 rpm. VS 4 cylinders, inter cooler and 16000 rpm redline on a 600. Lets just ignore that it's not important.

He was comparing the xb to the sv both are twin cylinder. None of these bikes have intercoolers. You mean radiator.

He wasn't comparing the xb to a 4 cylinder. I think you just look for ways to keep arguing lol.

I was referencing the person above me who said their xb12 would stomp an sv650. Which is... A v-twin with antiquated suspension and brakes. When others said the SV would walk all over an xb on the track, I assume they mean an xb9. And they're probably right.

The SV is a brilliant motor with 'good enough' suspension and brakes. The xb is a brilliant chassis with a 'good enough' motor. On track, the two are absolutely competitive. Oh, and the xb9 has something like 20 more horsepower than the SV... And still isn't as quick in a straight line.

The xb line are some of the best street sport bikes around. But for the love of god, stop telling yourself that they're race replicas. They're not.

That's a great way to sum it up [up]

The only reason I said that my bike beat my best friends cbr 600 and his brothers sv 650 is simply because "Theycallmecrash" posted this and I quote

"On the track an XB would not outperform a 600 inline or 1000 inline or other v-twins. A suzuki sv650 would put the xb to shame. "

This forum is strange some times.....I don't get it.... In my touareg, quad and rc forum you don't see post of people talking smoke about about there ****.
About 90-95% of them know what they have and try to use the forums for trouble shooting, problem solving and set ups ect.....ect. Not to try to put each other down...

I know what my buell can and can't do...
I had a guy. Say this to me at a track day......
Buells are great handling bike with the fast rider.....but if the rider wants to be competitive he needs to get a different bike.
and the 1190 is a dinosaur..... Dont get me wrong, It's a cool bike in the hands of a good rider. But it's behind the times...... Kinda like the John Henry of bikes.

Was he wrong...no. He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know...

Where I'm going with this....... **** I don't know, I lost track kinda like this tread......

Back on topic.I have had my Buell save me from a coupe of speed wobbles. Amazing handling. My buddies brothers Sv handled surprisingly well but was lacking in torque past second gear. My buddies cbr well I would choose it over the sv but you really have to spin it up, handling wise it falls into the corners fast but once you put some lean into it, out slides all over.
