I was too a bimmer guy before buells. I used to track/time attack a e36 m3. Now I'm consdering tracking the buell or building another one for track use. Looks like I won't be alone in the vir/summit area if I do build one.

@armymp - e36m3 FTW!!!

how do you like the NESBA instructors/coaches? they seem to be a lil more expensive than TPM ...

The control riders are very good, they will give on track hand siginals if they see you need help. I had an issue with my foot position, should have been on the balls of my feet.And if you ask them they will watch you on track and give great feedback when the session is over. I think I want to put a firebolt fairing on my lighting with a double bubble wind screen so I can get out of the wind on the strait.

might as well go with an 1125 bracket and fairing if you wanna get outta teh wind. you could do teh headlights too and run it on teh street if you wanna confuse the hell outta people :)

it looks like they all (XB_S/R and 1125) have/use the same mounting point infront of the steering neck. i'd put money on it that 'yes, the 1125R fairing bracket is interchangeable'

Unfortunately the Lightingbolt had electrical issues,so my girlfriend and I shared her CityX on the Patriot course at VIR. Too much fun!

Soon as I get my bike finished I will be heading out there. I havent been on track for 2 years so I have to take the class again but I never complain about learning. is a two piece suit good for track days there? My one piece died with my cbr.
