Put an S tail on my R last night. Not 100% sure if I like it yet. I need a tail chop, paint, and seat cowl to really finish it off is my guess. And of course, thanks nrankin for the tail!

I really like those blinkers therealou!! ...

Last night I put an integrated taillight on my 9er and cleaned up A LOT of the previous owners ****** attempt at wiring and hairbrained ideas that he abandoned ... I'm convinced more and more every time I find crap he tried to do and failed that he was literally retarded ... I also put new passenger footpeg detent hardware on, fixed my shift linkage with fresh parts from ASB, and went through the bike from front to back and put some dielectric grease on all the connections I could find to help waterproof them ...

Thanks Negative! Wish I could take credit but they were on when I bought the bike. They are cool except when at a four way stop they're hard to see from head on.

Finally drill and tapped my rear spools to 8mm since I snapped the 6mm bolt inside the hole when I crashed at the track. I like this better because since these are bigger they keep the stand from scratching the swingarm and the larger plastic will provide more protection in a crash! Hoping the plastic breaks before the bolt snaps though...

This was fixed for 34$ vs buying spooled sliders from 50dro (no offensive 50) ;)

My bike seems to be running hotter this year than last, tho that could all be in my mind. But I finally broke down and bought the Uly RSS, it arrived yesterday and since it was raining all day I had to wait till this morning to install it.

Something I noticed when taking off the stock piece is that it had melted some near the rear header pipe since the beginning of the season.

no offensive 50

None taken...

Can't tell from the pic but is the spool supported behind it or will the bolt take the brunt of the impact? It would be best if you had a washer that is profiled to the swing-arm so that the spool can be tightened to it more solidly. Just my 2 cents...

Man I want a CR so bad!!!

Wired up the 1125r mirrors on my firebolt today :) They look a lot brighter than the stockers (which I did leave connected).

Noticed I needed some pads for the front so ordered some EBC's for it, but what I didn't notice was that the PO stripped the head out on the hex bolt really bad. so made a 3 minute brake job turn into 60 minutes. ohwell, could have been worse.
