Broke another belt and ordered everything for a chain conversion today. Hey Lesley...do you know the torque specs for my sprockets?

Installed a new rear tire on the 09 XB.

Split the cases for my crank swap. need to get some stuff ordered, oil pump pinion gear, gaskets, pistons, head pipe.

Just got the updated oil pump pinion from ebay for $10 had 5k miles on it. It was from a blast so I am sure its just fine.

Also popped the shift drum out so I could look at it as well as the gears and shift forks. All looks great! Everything was very clean on the inside. But I did just split the motor last year when I got it to replace the needle bearings in the 5th gear.

Ordered a set of wiseco 10.5:1 forged pistons!! Should be here Wednesday or Thursday...... But my gasket kit is still on back order another week and a half.

Well since there is snow from Saturday and now we are getting another 3" I tore mine back down.... gonna paint my tail chop and seat struts and redoing my reverse exhaust..... also took off the belt guards.... looks Mich better.....

Installed my black powder-coated seat rails and tail, and my "5-0dro spec" anodized heel guards and am trying out a zero drop set of pegs on for size (also "5-0dro spec" anodized)

and installed a Radiantz Brake Strobe on my tail light



Next step...Back to red plastics for a bit.

Put new mirrors on that are now FOR SELL after having them on for an hour lol... Finally got my rear cowl in and put on, removed the passenger pegs, ordered the SS belt for my SS swingarm conversion along with the right side scoops from the comfort kit... Can't wait cuz it'll help keep it cooler in town!!!!
