Wow, this thread has been going on for a while! I might as well chime in - mine started as the prefix of an e-mail name in the late 90's, that I still use today...Vtech are letters from my name, 007 were the last three digits from my work phone extension at the time - and the 007 has a funny story to it in itself - there used to be a security gaurd service at the company where I worked, and the last three digits of the phone extension of the guard shack was 007 (get it? like secret agent...Bond...James Bond....? anyway....) the company did away with the guard service, and when I got a promotion and a desk with my own phone extension, the phone number they assigned to me was the one that happened to previously be the guard shack. Now with this forum, of course Vtech has a different significance, working with our V-twin engines...a V technician if you will...Vtech
