Ready for Sundays track day. Hope nothing falls off. Don't mind the mess. I've been putting down new flooring upstairs.

BuelleyBagger, lol. Damn i don't drink beer, but I'll get a mini fridge put me some Coke in it and drop a couple beers in it just in case someone on two wheels want to come and claim it.... Fair enough?

Q4's are a nice tire. There's stil some chicken strips left which is good. This was my first time out in about 1 year. My shoulders are a bit sore from hustling around 400lbs. First time on a modern bike. Made things easy. Next month is Thunderhill. Fuel light came on @ 84 miles. Bike ran fine.

Right on, glad you had fun. I'm a DIEHARD Dunlop guy but when I grind these current Dunlops down I think I'm gonna pull the trigger on Metzeler comp K slicks

I'll look those up. The 2 trackday providers I like one has a Pirelli vendor and the other Dunlops. I have 2 sets of wheels. when it's warm up a bit I'll give the slicks a shot. The Q4's were ready to rock on the second lap.

And I really like the Drummer can. Nice and quiet and a good spread of power. Mabe the Deans will show up before the next track day.

Got to run 12 laps on Sonoma in an S5. Took my S3, but no bikes on the track that day.

I also got to ride passenger in an R8 for 10 laps...

One day I'll get to run 2 wheels there...

It's a fun track to run. Suspension settings are a wee bit softer than they would be at a place with new pavement. Just watch where you're going. Not a lot of runoff here.
