What's the age of the typical Buell owner?

I"m 46 and bought my first Buell a few weeks ago from a forum member - an '09 XB12Ss. I've been a car nut since a teen, but recently got into motorcycles. It all started with a couple of vintage Vespas last summer, then a '72 Moto Guzzi last fall, a BMW F650GS twin a few months ago, and now the Buell. The Buell is definitely the most fun! While I like the BMW as an everyday bike, I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had bought the XB first!

Had ridin dirt and quads as a kid in PA during the summers.
Bought my 1st street bike '04 xl after I paid off my truck.
Paid off the xl and added a '09xb.
Doing my 2nd track day this weekend in NJ.
I'm always that crazy guy that rides his bike to work.

45 in Decemeber. I don't know the average age because until everyone has posted thier age you really won't know[up] As far as typical goes.... well what standard are we comparing to? More to the point I'd like to think none of us are typical. LOL Typical people ride typical bikes. Therefore that excludes ALL Buell owners.

I got my first bike at 17. It was a '97 Yamaha Thunder Ace YZF1000. Was a great bike for a Jap Job. Had an '04 GSXR 750 customized to the hilt. I had over 15,000 invested in it. I'm 25 now, and have always wanted a Buell for that V-Twin sound and tourqe, and now I have a 9R. This is by far, my favorite bike I have owned yet. So fun to drive and man the looks that I get. Both good and bad. Ha ha.

I am 26. Just bought a used 03 XB9R with 9200 mi on it. Dad has harley. Brother has Ducati 900SS. Rode my first dirt bike when i was 9. This beull is my first street bike. Dont think i will ever go to anything else.

Ha I'm 59 and ride my fast xb12xt,sold my 35yr old BMW r60/6 I bought new in 1974.Got my first honda cb175 in 1971 I'll ride this as long as I can get my leg over

im 19, been riding since i was 16. first bike was a 1977 KZ400, then rode my brothers 06gsxr600 for a while, and bought my first buell at 19 2 months ago an i love it. next one is a lightning!!

31 now and more bikes than I can remember under my belt. Bikes come and go quickly at my garage but this is my 2nd buell and it's here to stay.
