JWXB12r....... That's a nice bike you have. I'm jealous of the bigbore kit. It sounded mean as **** once we jumped it off. Did you get a new battery?
Hey Chris, I didn't pick up a new battery yet, figured I would do some more research on a good brand and also get a tender at the same time. My regular battery charger has been acting up, i think that its not charging it up all the way, so the battery is probably still good.

Btw, already got some new handlebar mirrors on the way :) You've given me some great ideas!

Be carful with just slappin a new battery in her. You wanna check the voltage regulators out put and make sure its charging the battry. A tender is a good idea also.

Had an XB12R park next to me at AMC Firewheel on the north side of Garland, just seeing if it was anybody on here.

I need to get a new rear tire first. And speaking of which, anybody happen to know of a Buell friendly shop that will do tires in the Plano area?

Maxim Honda on 75 just south of McDermott. They are right beside Harley Davidson. Good people and good prices.

Really? That's cool. As long as I'm not paying HD's prices I think I'll be ok. Never would have figured a Honda dealer to be welcoming Buell's, though. I'll have to look them up.

we need to get another Houston Cruise going again....

it's about 14 degrees cooler right now than it was about 4 weeks ago [smirk]

If they are like the servicing dealers here, they don't care about the brand of the bike...It's just a wheel and tire to them. I've heard they will mount the tire on backwards though. Be sure to tell them the direction of rotation, if you don't drop your entire bike off with them.

I get my inspections for the buell done at Maxim Honda in Plano. The guy who did it last time said he really like my Buell, thought that was neat coming from a guy who sees every model Honda roll through the shop.

I got a message yesterday from Dallas HD that said they will be having a demo day this friday and saturday 9am-4pm. Anyone going?
