I've got one on my '06 Firebolt. It is a quality piece and can provide useful information.

Huh,I would get one of these,looks as if it will help you keep a better eye on the temp.

you could just keep a thermometer under your seat or in your bags. and when u stop unscrew the dipstick and stick the thermometer in there......

I would buy it in a heart beat as well , lol was going to until I seen it was 06 and newer , get rid of the plastic dipstick, plus you get something that looks a little better and has a advantage so you can monitor the temp .. where is 50dro .. he can build anything

That is cool! I'd buy one. It would be nice to see what oil temp is for what reason I don't know but neat anyway.

Good idea - but not many of us are apt to actually do that - but if it's right there for you to see at a glance, that is another thing.
