XB12R fuel pump issue...

Ok...

When I take the fuel pump on my hand its working normally(priming few secons when turning key + run ON). But when I install the fuell pump on the frame and turn the key + run, it starts to prime and wont stop...

BTW: Gladly I happened to have fire extinguisher near..................

Are any of the wires frayed or touching anything they shouldn't be? It sounds like once it's placed back in the frame it may be grounding out on the internal frame parts and making it continue its connection. I would make sure all the wires are in good shape, plugged in properly and tucked close as not to make contact with anything else internally.

Problem solved!

Problem was that new(used) walbro pump.... It's core made contact witch the couplers.
