They seem to have two versions, one sold just as regulator for Buell and one 350kpa for Buell. But same part nr.They must of finally listen to you mike!!

I removed my quantum fpr because stuff like that keeps me up at night. Potentially 40psi? I don’t think I could be ok with that. But like I said, I ran mine for 2 years no problems on a stock motor. The regulator I have now is 65 psi. Not a stock motor though.
If you have no change in rpms with spray then you did it correctly. The bolts need to be snug but remember they are not holding the bike together. As far as the tps reset, I don’t think it’s necessary as long as you didn’t remove the tps sensor from the throttle body. However, it’s such an easy task I would go ahead and reset it. Another one of those peace of mind things.
Repair manual says normal operating temp. So warm
