Ha ha ha hey us perverts have to stick together!

I wouldn't call you guys perverts. Not when there are people on here that are real Proverts. They like it in all three holes! Top one at 300:1 ratio. :black_eyed:

I want some twin plug heads so i can mix and match Ngk, Denso, Brisk and Oem plugs! It should produce around 200 bhp i reckon! yeah just before it does a grenade impersonation! ha ha ha :stupid:

someone told me that these bikes have a brass worm gear at the oil pump that likes to grenade. i swear i saw documentation that this issue was sorted by 2007. any input?

it is amazing how many opinions and straight up myths are out there about these bikes.... the same dude also told me it was using the evo engine and as far as i can find, that engine hasn't been in production since about 2002.

also, did you all see that EBR is back in business? i think that is simply awesome.

cheers,

d.

Did someone say dual plugs?!?!

True on both parts of the oil pump. 08 has the better oil pump.

There is a YouTube video that shows a lot of good info about these engines

i see a lot of these with the exhaust pipes wrapped. any opinions on wrapping the pipes?

Don't do it. They look terrible if you ever decide to remove them. If you live somewhere they will get wet a lot, it can speed up rust. I don't like the looks of it.

i registered the bike today and put the new foot pegs on. yep, that extra inch makes a huge difference. (huh huh, uh, huh huh)

this bike is deceptively fast. i was running it in first gear and i swear i saw 60MPH on the speedometer and it got there very fast. i cannot wait to get to know how this bike works and where the sweet spot is, etc.

thanks, guys, the foot peg advice was super helpful.
