    Meoff, Im sure you know when you tell someone your from NY, they instantly think NYC. So SYR is upstate to most outsiders. I guess CNY is an inside thing, haha. I live in Central Square, If I didnt have a busted foot id said lets go for a ride. Some nice ass roads between fulton and the square.
