    awesome choice!! I went the same route. picked up a 2015 ninja 1000. but I still have the buell couldn't get rid of it. much more comfortable and the 6th gear is going to be great this year when I do my 7k mile trip. last two years doing that on the buell nearly killed my body.

    wind is one of the main causes of painful riding in my experience. just remember with an s you have no wind protection at all.

    I ride 12 hour days, 500+ miles. comfort is a state of mind. after awhile you get used to it! just a better seat, high rise bars, and a bluetooth helmet. crank the music, smoke a cig here and there, try to use as many backroads as possible so your body is moving around, and well get in shape.

    your very welcome! let us know if it gives you more problems. hhmmm, is the material coming apart? I spray auto detailer on my bags to clean them from time to time. I haven't tried anything for severe fading though.
