    Pinging at 4000 rpm

    Drop the idle to about 950-1000. Otherwise it'll surge like your seeing. And you'll even feel it when you ride, when you come to stop it will want to rev high on you and won't drop back to idle..

    Yeah, but the thing with the Android is you can't map out a route and have it follow it.. Started doing that with a combination of Mapquest and a Garmin(MP3 Capable even).. Just bought a set of the Sena SMH5's and I'm pretty happy with them.. They didn't cost quite as much as the SMH10's

    I don't think you can put it on wrong, unless you force it.. The holes are just offset enough to know it won't fit right if you're doing it wrong..

    I just rode an event called Motomarathon a few weeks back. Did 1900 in 4 days, Days 1 and 4 were over 550 each.. Day 1 wasn't so bad, day 4 well, I was ready to be done.. All that on my 06 Bolt.. I was actually surprised at how comfortable it was..

    Gotta turn the idle down to 950 - 1000.. I did a tps reset when I first had mine the video said to set the idle around either 1000-1050 but that was too much, mine still surged (don't remember how high but too high) notched it back to 950 and she's been fine.. If you do that and it stills surges...

    Thanks Geezer, I've got a re manufactured one on the way.. Just thought it was odd that it freaked out the electrical system without actually blowing the fuse.. I'll update the post when I've fixed it just so anyone else that might have this happen will know..

    Broke the tip of my clutch cable! Help!

    I just found out there are only 4 dealers with a new one in stock in the states as I did the same thing over the weekend. Now there are only 3 dealers left with any stock... They said it could take up to a month if they had to order them from Buell.. (And this was from a Buell friendly dealer)
