    Put my low seat back on today

    I have a xb9sl and that seat would leave something to be desired, I got the next step up in height, not as thick as sparkys high seat but man the difference it makes is huge

    If your seriuos about this and have money to spend on it I would recomend a bolt on big bore with higher compression pistons, send the heads out and get them cncd and possibly bigger valves, and find a reputable tuner. No sense in doin the chain conversion and messing with the ratios until you...

    What city are you in Matt? I live in Oregon. I have the pilot power 2cts, ive got about 7,000 miles on them and no real complaints, the rear is getting flat on the center but then again it is nw ohio. we have to ride 40 miles to find 2 nice turns.

    ON my 03 xb9sl ive seen my mileage in the low 40s all the way up to the 60s. its hard though, everytime time I fill up and tell myself to baby it to see what kinda mileage I can get Im good for like 60 miles or so and then the urge to have fun is to much to take.

    yea dirtbike bars can handle a beatdown, I have regular renthal bars without the cross brace and havent had an issue

    Get my Buell to sound like a Harley, possible?

    small diameter pipes that arent merged into one, if you notice all harleys with 2 into 1 pipes sound different, and compared to harleys all buell the buell mufflers have a huge body

    build a wood frame that you can roll the bike onto and then strap it to, then screw the wood frame to the floor of the truck, theyll never notice the holes in the floor

    Exhaust pipe polishing procedure

    When I polish metals I use sand paper, it works really good at getting the stretch marks out of the tight bends like the one on the front cylinder pipe. depending on how bad it is I start well under 1000 grit and work up to 1200 and then hit it with some mothers
