    you can wrap it pretty far up the rear header without taking it off too... as far as not to see the clamp holding the wrap ;)

    headlight delay?

    This guy did a nice write-up on his HID install and why he went back and installed a timer delay for the headlights and how he did it. I followed his instructions and got mine to only light up after the bike is running so the ballasts wouldn't drain the battery up front. HID install

    How far...

    Wow, some really long rides you people have done! :) It would be 850 in one direction, stay for 3-5 days, then 850 back. I guess building up to it and see how long i can manage is the best way to go about it. I'll do some 2-300 mile daytrips this summer and see how that goes.

    How far...

    ...have you guys ridden on your bikes? Roadtrips, weekend trips, etc. Also, how much stuff can you take with you if you've got saddlebags, etc? I was wondering if a 1700mile roundtrip would be possible on the bolt or does it become too uncomfortable after a few hours.

    Possible Scam? Need some advise please

    Emailed a CL poster and got a similar response when i was looking for a bike. Sounded too good to be true and when investigating some further figured it was a scam. Ebay Buyer Protection doesn't apply to vehicles and the Ebay Vehicle Protection applies only to certain listings on ebay ;)

    What is your excuse?

    I used to ride with the solo cowl all of last year. Now that i have some more experience i took it off and always have a spare helmet on the back seat. Never know who'd like to go for a ride ;) Btw, [up] henri. Latinas are something else, and this place is full of them!
