    Jardine Torque Fix (Gatorbuell)

wow, craziness on here so many misconceptions that I'm not even going to argue them reducing the flow/ performance is counter-intuitive to a performance exhaust.

    Fork rebuilding $175

My Shop is in Plainfield CT can do any forks but the price may vary. Like if you want Ohlins guts... I would probably ask that you purchase the guts (internals) and we will install Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Buell, Harley... Street and dirt, old and new style (inverted & non-inverted)

    Jardine Torque Fix (Gatorbuell)

My Jardine is actually a little quiet for me. You can follow suit but the whole reason to install an aftermarket exhaust is for flow/ performance. It just doesn't make sense to spend money to unrestrict airflow and then add a cheap part to reduce it.

    Jardine Torque Fix (Gatorbuell)

You guys really need to retune rather than restrict your exhaust

    Coutershaft/ Output shaft seal replacement

Yeah -I think typically its 5 years after manufacture date for parts and 7 for documentation. Only problem is Harley didn't manufacture the Buell -just the engine. So body and frame might run out quickly but they should have an output shaft seal. I have heard nothing good about Harley dealers...

    Belt Drive!

WOW -thanks for the pics! Your belt pic confirms that when backing up the belt teeth do rub. You can see slight wear marks on the top of the teeth. Mine is a bit more severe. I am running a lighter aftermarket front pulley. The lip of the pulley was pretty sharp -causing the tooth damage. I...

    Wanted: XB12 Muffler

lol -yell wrong all you want that my friend is a common misconception... back pressure is only needed for certain fuel maps. I have been tunning Fuel Injected bikes for almost a decade namely big race v-twins. I've done almost 200 so far. Some of the fastest engines on the planet have no back...

    Coutershaft/ Output shaft seal replacement

really? Buell dealers or harley dealers?

    Wanted: XB12 Muffler

If the bike is tuned correctly the Jardine will perform. More flow = more power

    Belt Drive!

mine is not tapered -perfectly flat. What happens when you back the bike up 30ft? On the outer edge of your belt, are the teeth edges rounded or squared off like new?

    Coutershaft/ Output shaft seal replacement

I notice my main coutershaft seal is puking oil all over my new exhaust. Is this common or due to the abuse my bike suffered before me? Anyone else do this job? Any tips? Where do I get parts?

    Belt Drive!

This is my first belt drive... It seems that the idler pulley is not straight by design. The idler pulley direct the belt to stay on the rear pulley. I know this because if you align the idler exaclty with the front pulley the belt is alowed to wander away from the inner edge of the rear...
