Any buell techs in Daytona area?

New to Daytona and broke down last night. Fuel pump sounds shot. Very low hum when key is turned on, not the loud normal prime. Not sure if its a pump problem or some other kind of voltage issue. Just moved here and have no tools. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated

I'm in Orlando, not too close but willing to help if I can. Don't have much input on your issue though. I'd get ecmspy and a cable and run the fuel pump diagnosis.
