Very sorry to here that. Keep up the Faith, My cousin was in a Auto accident, back in '83 and he was in a coma for 17 days, they gave him a less than 10% chance and he came out of it, and is still with us, and has two beautiful sons.
I do know the pain of seeing a Parent in a dire condition, My Mother succumbed to an 18 month bout with cancer, Strongest Woman I will Ever Know.

Our Thoughts and Prayers are with You and Your Family.

sorry to hear this, travis!

hope all goes well and i wish you and your family the strength you need to get through this.

Hey Travis, I'm bumping this hoping for some good news. When I first read this, I was speechless and it made me want to cry. Seeing a parent in a condition like that is the hardest thing a person could go through. I hope you're whole family is able to be together. It really helps feeling the love between all of you. Stay with her, talk to her and tell her you love her.

man this is one of my biggest fears since both of my parents ride and i'm so sorry to hear that it has happened to you. i wish you and your family the best of luck in this and just know that everyone here will be pulling for her every second of every day.

Travis, Sorry to hear about your moms accident. I have been working as a Paramedic for years and seen many serious accidents where someone who nobody thought would make it pulled through. I am sure I am not alone when I say I wish there was more we could all do to help than say we're sorry. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.

keep your heads up. god will give you the strength to get through this. my thoughts and prayers are with you as well.

There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great, and no tonic so powerful as expectation of something tomorrow. My prayers go out to your Mother, you, and the rest of your family

Buell_Cru,
Sorry haven't gotten to a pc in a few days. Im very sorry to hear about your mother's accident. I hope for a full and fast recovery. Keep your head up and keep everyone around you in positive spirits. That is what your mom needs more than anything right now is your whole families support and positive vibe. Hope you all the best.

Here I am sitting alone in the hospital. I'm finally able to spend a whole night alone with her. After talking to the doctors I fear that this will be the last time I'm able to spend this kind of personal time with my mother. I just finished reading a book to her called "Hugs for the hurting".
She was a recovering drug addict who had turned her life around and created a beautiful environment for herself before falling back into a drug infested lifestyle.

I would like to ask everyone to find the strength in this post to at the very least approach any friend or family member that they feel is using drugs and offer them the support and strength they need to find a better path for themselves. Even if they don't accept any help from you at least you didn't just sit and watch them deteriorate. No matter how bad someone needs you they may never admit it. It is through your strength that they will know where to find comfort and support when they need it.

That's all I have for now, be safe.

Travis
