So I went to court yesterday, pled my case. Judge dismissed it for "Lack of evidence" Sweet deal! Wish I woulda fought the previous 3 I got last year.

EDIT: Oh btw, is anyone else missing thier bike like crazy right now? We've been getting ALOT of snow and all I can do is look at it everytime I walk by it and weep inside. DAMN YOU FATHER WINTER!!!!

our snow has melted so I cannot take out the snowmobile.. and I miss my buell badly :(

I'm in northern Cali and it's been 40 for two months almost. Too cold for my blood, my bikes are crying for a ride!

C'mon Adam, surely a dry road and 40 degree temps is Enveyable riding conditions for some... I was able to get a nice (all be it short) ride in this saturday. Buells love them some Low Density Altitude Air which is characteristic of the cool dry weather, I don't think my bike has ever run better then she does breathing in some nice cold air.

what exactly did you tell the judge if you dont mind me asking... I find that very interesting

Yeah, expound on this issue a little. I'm always looking for a way to get out of a ticket or two. :D

The cop said he paced me. I told her he lied to me saying he "clocked" me at a higher speed than he wrote on the ticket. Then explained he was never in a position to pace me as he was 100+ yards behind me when the "infraction" occured. And he kinda hung himself by not saying how he paced me, or for how long, or whether he was trained to pace people as a speed deturrent. The judge kinda called him an idiot for the way he wrote up his report. Anyhow She said in traffic cases its not like criminal cases there doesnt have to be sufficient evidence, just your story/word against the report of the officer, its basically a 51% thing. I was lucky that his report was mediocre and I didnt sepeana the officer in to defend it.

80 and beautiful today in Puerto Rico. Did a long ride up in the mountains and ended up meeting up with friends at a beautiful bar way up in the center of the Island.

Yea I know. I am from North Dakota and my mom said it was -18 there a few days ago. I have been in the Air Force for over 6 years now, and am in San Antonio. The weather here is so wierd. I work at 0600, and the ride to work is a chilly 40. The ride home is a warm 80. It is such a huge difference in temperature and it is so wierd. Oh well, my roasty headers usually keep my legs warm. ;)

Actually had a big warm front come in here Washington state melted 2feet of snow in less than 24hrs. Took my bike out today for the first time. Ten minuts of riding for 30minuts of wiping it down, well worth it.
