Brembo rear "hidden" caliper mod, list of calipers

Buellxb Forum

Help Support Buellxb Forum:

My braking power was same as stock, honestly, maybe a hair better even. Yours probably was worse due to the leak I'd guess...

Finally ordered my black p32f Brembo rear brake NIB for $109 shipped. Will be able to flip the old brake line. As long as the caliper comes with the banjo bolt I'm all good. Will update.

This mod will be had for under $200 total. Not bad. I think the OEM rear break is ugly so if I get equal to slightly better proformance I'm good...

Ok, so this is the one I ordered. It's not the right one. I contacted them and said it is the one they offer. I'm returning it.

It has the fittings on the opposit side than pictured. The line would connect on the bottom when mounted requiring a new line. This defeats the prepous of this caliper over the P34. I ordered a differant one from some ware else. I contacted them before ordering, they assured me it is exactly as pictured...

I'll let the forum know if it's the correct one for anyone who wants this mod.

Hey guys.... did it as well and it's crap! The caliper leaked and had to send it all back. The price was just under 300.00 and I had to pay 103.00 to send it back. Wast of money. Wish I would have spent it on a wave disk for the rear. My 2 sents.... stay away from the guy I got it from

Faddybike..... the brack it was good. Just the cheapest calaper I have ever seen. It was coming from the piston around the rubber. It's really to bad. I like the look of the mood. Just used the wrong place to get the parts maybe. Stay away. He probably will send you my old one. I didn't even get all the parts for it. There was washers missing from the pin that holds the pads.

Yeah after exchange rate. Our dollar isn't doing so good. I think we are .74 cents to the U.S dollar. That's a good price! Right now I'm in the middle of trying to find out why my front cylinder won't fire. Changed the plugs, tested the coil park and got a 1 ohm reading and I think it should be .5 ohms so I ordered a new coil pack and wires hope that's the problem... I'm also doing the oil catch can mood . Just looking around at others and looking on ebay for the right catch can... you got any ideas links for a nice catch can? No worries. So you didn't use the guy I did??

Looks like the catch cans are all going away. Drummer made s nice one but it's not on their site anymore. ASB made one but they are shut down. Sent a message on FB about one, waiting to see if I get a response. I don't know...
