I haven't done much website designing in a long time and want to get back into it with something that I would really love to have, therefore I am putting together a website that (hopefully with your help) will be a place to find anything about mods, diys, ecm downloads and such. I am not looking to compete with this awesome site, because I mean just look at how helpful and awesome this site is, but I wanted to make a place to easily find everything needed for parts and modding.

I would like for everyone to help me get this together. If you are interested in this please contact me by pm or E-Mail

The end goal of the site is to provide all maps for ecm spy including user submitted custom maps, ecm spy software, links to where to buy parts and cables, images of mods, diys, including a live chat area and much more but I can't make it possible without your help and input on content. I want this to be a great tool/accessory for BuellXB.com

sounds like a good idea to me (especially the whole ECM tuning part) I'd love it if you could get some dirrections and everything to teach newbies like me how to use ECMspy or tunerpro and all!

Direct links to helpful threads is something i have always wanted on this site. I hate searching through all the B.S. threads to find the important ones. I wish Jeremy let us delete crap threads lol

That's one reason I wanted to do it, because the search function is really hard to use and this would be setup like autoblog.com where users can comment but it doesn't directly affect the content or search of the actual information

this search function is a godsend when compared to some others.
still a hot-link page would be great

(no, not a sandwich kinda hot-link)

hows about for the first suggestion; the 1125R-to-CR final drive swap thread by Red93stang

sounds like a great idea. There's a ton of great info on this site, and I can usually find what I need, but there's so much different info about ECMspy and reprogramming ECMs that the more I look into it, the more confused I get. I'd love a good consistent writeup that I could just sit down and follow, and the collection of maps owuld be amazing. I've been trying to download the normal 03 xb9 race map to my bike but the first few times it looked like it loaded and my bike wouldn't start. The last time I tried it was telling me that it was incompatable, even though it was the same one. I'd love to try out some maps that other people had submitted.

I second the idea. Sounds like it could be a great resource. You could have a write up on the website, and at the bottom put a link to the forum for any further discussion. Plus, then you could have all the write up's from the different sites (buellxb, badweb, buellitin)

Email sent.

If anyone wants help with tuning and tunerpro, just contact theoctopus and take on of his private seminars, it is money well spent! But the website sounds like a great idea.
