Buelling across America!

I live in Florida and I was visiting friends in Redondo Beach, CA (and drinking) so it seemed like a good idea to buy an Stt and ride to Pikes Peak on July 7th. Via Bullhead city (Losers Lounge), Illbequirky(Mom makes empenadas), 4 corners (never been), Grand Canyon (why not), the toast machine in the Peppermill (Vegas), and whatever else we can do for a couple weeks.

We'll have a BMW S1000r, a FJ1300, Bmw R90, and the Stt. Not one of us is prepared, nor have we ever done it, and we aren't collectively known for good decisions either. Should be fun!

Sounds like a good decision to me. The USA is the home of the free, the brave and the Walmart in every town in case you forgot something. You will have FUN! Not much I can say other than just enjoy the adventure. It's worth it. As far as being prepared it's really just a series of 1 day rides in a row. The world is just a cell phone call away. I think traveling with a group has an advantage in that you can always have someone watching the bikes if you need to go into a store or use a, (God help you), gas station bathroom.
