wanna swap my Lightning front end for a Bolt front end... I have an '03 XB9SL, already swapped the suspension to an S, now looking to swap the front end. she now has a black windscreen rather than the yellow, still have the yellow, but has holes cause the guy who I bought the bike from placed spikes across the top edge of it...also have the headlight grill

I could be interested in that, ive got an 04 bolt and was thinking of doing the lightning front end. R u considering trading the bars and triple clamp as well or just the headlights and such? let me know. By the way mine has a yellow windscreen and is currently painted blue but i believe the plastics are red underneath

Yeap, full swap over, triple w/bars, headlights, grill ... the only thing that would hinder the whole thing would be your location, I'm in California, just north of San Diego. She's my daily ride and need her up and running M-F, would want to do the swap over a weekend like when I did the suspension earlier this year.
