Hey guys - I'm almost a month in on my first Buell, and I've noticed a real "stutter" when cruising in 1st/2nd. Unless I'm riding the clutch or giving it steady gas, the bike shudders to the point of almost kicking me over the bars.
I haven't had a chance to play around with any DIY just yet, but is this one of the things the breather re-route takes care of? Or is it a characteristic of my 'bolt that I'm going to have to live with?

Hey Hummer, I'm going through the same thing. When going slow in first or school zone speeds the bike sputters. Most of the time I have to kick it into second to try and smooth it out. Anyone gone through this would be a great help to hear from. I thought it might be a TPS issue? or not???

Check the tension on your primary chain. If it's too loose, it'll buck and fart around like crazy.

Same happens here, just not that extreme. Happens when it is cold out, from what I read the re-breather will help alleviate that problem.

Off the top of my head, anywhere between 2500-4000? Funny how I forget the details when I'm not sitting on my ride - came home in sunshine and warm weather and have been sitting in freezing rain and wind for the last 2 days...

I just had the 8000K service done at the dealership last week and didn't notice any change.
