I talked with randy a while back and i was all set to have my exhaust done then my little dog got ran over and the vet bills almost killed me. Since then i started thinking where i live and when i ride my bike. I go to work around midnight during the week, the houses on my street are about 15' apart. I think a new exhaust might be too loud and start pissing people off at me. Hmmm i just dunno. Can anyone tell me if the hawk can is really loud around idle? I just hate to warm my bike up at midnight and wake everyone up in the neighborhood.

Loud or not-so Loud, he'll customize it to suit you if you tell him. Best thing to do is call and talk to him.

Damn thats too bad. I just think if i have something really loud i'll end up having problems.

Steven's right, he has offered "less loud" pipes but I can't speak for how quiet they are. It definitely will be louder than stock though. Just not sure how much...

I'll have to give him another call sometime and talk about it. Thanks for the advice guys.

I have the same concern about the loud sound. I want it about the same volume as stock, with a deeper sound and a little more performance. Too bad he doesn't have removeable db killers. Randy - are db killers possible to make for your pipe? If so, how much extra?

I know it takes about the same time for Randy to send me back my exhaust as for me to microwave a burrito but I still wait around in front of the microwave in anticipation! I'll get it this week!:)

Got my Hawk modified cannister back from Randy, gone total of 3 days and got it back. Got the K&N installed, the right side air scoop installed, Mobil 1 V-twin Syn in the primary and engine/swingarm and the bike runs as good as it sounds. Thanks Randy for the exhaust work and the tips on owning a Buell. This bike is fun as heck! Mike

Any pics of any non-standard Hawk pipes? I know a few of you have asked me about my single (large) outlet pipe that Randy made for me so I was hoping to see what other variations he has made.

Randy is the sh!t haha talked to him today after i gave up on building my own pipe due to no free time and im glad things played out this way i cant wait to hear this thing when its done!! thanks Randy for the great cutomer service

Here is my 07 Super TT with a few things done since I bought it last month. Randy's exhaust which is awesome! Ride side scoop, K&N, Exhaust valve imulator and Rear bag plus CRG Hindsight bar end mirror added. Got rid of the ugly tal stock mirrors! This bike is fun as heck! Also did the Mobil 1 Vtwin, both holes as Randy suggested, shifts really smooth as he said it would.

Nice bike HD!! Just need some 5-0dro products on her to finish off the look!:p

I had a 4 day weekend with beautiful SOCAL weather and my exhaust has not come in the mail yet! Bikes are out everywhere and mine is in the garage but at least I got a chance to clean it really well. I bet my pipe come in tomorrow (Monday).

I went with just a 3" tip painted the same color as the exhaust. It matches the whole black and white theme i have going on.
