I think your work is awesome. Have you thought about anodizing some parts? Maybe try to match the red? There is a post on this site on how to do it if you aren't familiar. I know it's more work, but I bet it could bring in some extra $$$.

Hey Guys,
Unfortunately I will not be able to offer anything with the pegasus logo. I talked to another guy who was selling similar parts with that logo and he was contacted by lawyers. So you can count me out on that. I don't want a legal battle.
Since the logo seemed to be everybody's favorite, I came up with some new designs for you guys to check out and let me know how you feel.

Let me know your opinions, maybe these need to be tweaked, or maybe there's more designs you would like to see.


I did a quick cut of the lightning bolt heel guard that TooFst wanted to see. I think it still needs some work but I just wanted to give you an idea of what it might look like maybe you like it? I'm going to shorten it as well as lower the angle and add the buell in the middle like you wanted.

I have a few more designs coming out with the heel guards too as well as a rider set and lower guards.
So keep watching!

Great work, simple and clean! Looking forward to seeing your lower belt guard design, hopefully something that works with the existing aluminum backing so there is an effective deterrent to debris getting between the belt and sprocket!

Unless you were backing up it wouldn't matter if something got it past the top guard...that's where the belt and sprocket are coming apart. The bottom, however, is where they come together, and where you really don't want something getting in to.

Hey man. I am pretty good with Photoshop, but not so good with copywrite laws. Here is a design that looks similar, but I created it in Photoshop so if you guys can let me know if it is legal I will let you use the deign I create! I would only request that I get a free belt guard lol. Let me know what you guys find out.

It's even easier to change the design in CAD than photoshop and I thought about doing something like that too until I found this..

But still, if anybody else has any feed back please share.
The guards with the logo are the best looking IMO. I wish I could sell them to you guys but for now I don't think it is worth the risk.
