^^ how did you get the money to buy the places to rent out...do you make enough money to do well on?

I first built custom homes in AZ in the early part of the decade, 2001-2004. Made enough money to buy a 1/3 interest in properties here in San Diego when I came back. Refinanced a number of them, sold a couple and we have six remaining. After taxes, maintenance and what not I make enough to live on. I also own 22 acres east of San Diego with my father and we're trying to develop it currently. Tough to get funding right now for the project we want to do so it's up for sale. We'll see what happens. There's still plenty of deals out there, just not so much here. Median home prices are still over $350K I believe.

Im an engineering working for a small company that build prototypes of anything and everything in SLA, SLS, Objet, FDM, and CNC.... Plus Cad design and support.

Electrician. We install solar panels on Maui and Big Island. Current job is 887 panels on one rooftop to be done before New Years. Yeah, right haha

I'm an aircraft dispatcher for a fraction aircraft company.

After HS I joined the Marines, worked on F-18s among many other things with them.

Now I work retail while going to college for my Criminal Justice Major with an emphasis on Law.

Then off to law school...

Goal = Become a Criminal Defense Attorney...

Fulltime shipping and receiving at a local glove and safety supply shop. Not the nest job bit it almost pays my bills. Just sucks I have to miss out on a lot of tine with my daughter and drive an hour and a half each way Monday to Friday.
