Need advice on brighter headlight bulb

If you decide to buy an HID kit just remember the higher the temperature DOES NOT mean the brighter the bulb. It's just he colour and because of the way your brain works with processing light, there's more usable light at the lower (5000k and lower) temperatures.

I have never been pulled over or been honked at when I run both lights and I run em' all the time at night. I missed the recall because I figured I could fix myself if necessary.

You probably need the recall/customer service upgrade, too bad it's not available for free anymore. With the reflectors replaced the single low beam/running light is fine all the time and the high low combo at night would blind on coming traffic, it really is that much brighter.
