Had this Uly Since October and I cannot remember washing it? Might be because I'm old, too busy, or I just have not washed it? Your right about the rain, it gets pretty clean if you stay out of the construction areas. I have wiped it down several times after getting caught in the rain. Also pulled it out of the garage once during the rain so I could wipe it down afterward.

Haha. I've done that at work a few times.

Cycle Gear Plano has a bike night tonight, anyone here go up there? I ordered a Uly K&N filter through them, might have paid too much there, $77. If so I will let them know I was ripped off. The bike came with a K&N AF so I did not want to try it anything else. Does the K&N have a big, or little, or no improvement on a Buell? Seems like a good way to save just to have a re-usable. I wanted an extra because wanted to be able to swap out and ride and not have to wait for it to be cleaned and dried.

Hey North Dallas Buellers, I am going to be in town on 7/20 and wouldn't mind meet some fellow Buellers. Coming down to see 03firebolt9r and his family. I know it's a little far out but I figured I would try and plan it a little in advance. Keep it in mind and hopefully we can make something work.

I'll probably be able to make this one depending on what time it ends up.

Doubt I'll be able to make this one. We need to set up a Cars & Coffee meet.
Augustus, would enjoy seeing you brotha. Maybe next time.

Redstang I don't usually know what I'm doing this weekend, much less 2 months from now, but I'll put it down on the calendar. Looking forward to it. [up]

Tbone, I could meet you at the cycle gear. I was just in there 45 minutes ago and didn't know anything about a bike night. What time do they get together? shoot me a text 918.two six one.9770

I'm headed to Red River Motorcycle Trails in the morning (5:30am) to go ride my dirt scooter with a couple buds.... I might be able to make it at 4:00 tomorrow but 6:00 is definitely better. Are you guys meeting at the same place as you did last time?

CG Bike night was last night and they had some BBQ I think. I went there to pick a K&N AF that was ordered, and it was the wrong one? Not only over priced it was the wrong one.
LFTDJEEP I would have met you there, I got off work at 7pm though and just got the message.

I'm going to be out if town on 7/20(bummer on that one). However, if anyone is interested in getting together tomorrow send me a PM, still thinking around 4pm.
I'll be out of town next weekend, so if tomorrow doesn't work would anyone be up for postponing and doing Cars & Coffee on 7/6 and then do a ride to lunch afterwards?

Alright, if it works for everyone we can meet between 5-5:30.

Looks like the following will (possibly) be able to make it...

Tbone
LFTDJEEP
netty2424
03Firebolt

I'm thinking we can meet at Scotty P's again since it's a good central point (see the first page of the thread).

For planning purposes, lets plan on doing a ride to lunch after Cars & Coffee on 7/6.

And, as it always will be, if you have a family member or significant other who wants to ride they are welcome to join.

Gents Im going to have to bail out last minute on this one. I've got some things that have come up so I won't be able to make it.

Ride safe and have a good time!

Great back country roads to get there, really enjoyed the ride. I have 280 miles to do today, not as scenic as yesterday, heading due east on 20 toward Kilgore.
I will be in Portland Or for the 4th with my brother, hopefully will get some riding on either motorcycle or mountain bike up there.
Thanks again SilveradoTX, really enjoyed it.
