Bike is looking sweet RJ. I especially like what you did with the shock bracket. Since you already have a good template, can you have your shop fab one for me :) ..and of course what will it cost?

I just bolted an SS swing arm onto my bike and will need a bracket or some other modification to provide minimum clearance.

Frame pucks do ease the mind, at least it does for me, I know the pucks are a lot easier to replace than getting a new frame and goinf through the whole powder coat process again.

I got frame pucks too!

What kind of triple trees are those?
As pictured on previous posts. They are Helli Bars

Haha I dont know if I started a trend of something cause it seems like everyone is doing the SS swing arm conversion now. I've had 4 people ask me to make them a bracket. Once I get some free time and finish my bike Ill update my CAD drawing to match my piece and make a few for people.

I dig the frame pucks. Plus the pucks on mine covered up a tiny dent/scratch from the PO(before i rebuilt the whole bike, PO was an *******).

I've gotta ask - with those big gaping holes in the airbox don't you worry about the bike in the rain? I mean ingesting water isn't ever a good idea on an internal combustion engine (other than water injection for forced induction, hehe) .

Thanks RJ. You and a handful of others started the trend but I like your bracket solution because its simple and just makes sense.

My swingarm conversion is pretty much complete minus the bracket. I wont ride my bike without the bracket so I will be eagerly awaiting. [up]

So i got tired of loading compressing my forks everytime I trailered my bike so i got the Lock N' Load system and I love it!
Got to use the system for the first time last weekend when i trailered my bike to my local supportive HD dealer spring barbeque. My bike received more attention and compliments than any other bike... #1 comment "too bad they dont make these anymore"

Nice work!

Oh man that scared the poop out of me when you had me unload it.
lol I remember that. Good times!
I bought one of those last week. Cyclegear has them on sale for $69. Normally $140.
Seriouisly?!? I got the complete kit including the lock plate and ratchet strap. You sure you have the exact same thing in the picture ^^^ cause I researched for a long time and found nothing that cheap. MSRP alone was $90 for the company i bought it from.
