Definitely doable in 1 day. I'll map it out then post it here. It's only like 1.5-2 hours away by highway, so probably 3 or so on back roads. That should be doable in 1 day.

Good ride today, Good to meet you guys. Next time ill be a bit more prepared and not have just rolled out of bed. hey Bull good luck back in your home state , rusnak let me know if you ever have any free time to maybe hook the bike up to the computer

Amazze good to meet you too . How is your bike doing ? Act up on you anymore ?

Sean doesn't look to bad of a ride . If we meet around the Sanford Mall we'd be looking at a 2 hour ride to get there avoiding the turnpike . Ozello Trail Route

Well you beat me to it....sounds good to me. Get up and meet early. It'll take me about 45 minutes just to get up to sanford anyway.

amazze, yeah next time we meet up we can do it.

yeah no more problems with it Fla, my apologies for my amateur mistake. if you get a chance send me some of those photos of your exhaust you were talking about.
Keep me up to date on your next ride guys as i will totally join ya's.

Amazze, PM me your address and I'll send you a CD with ecmspy and all the drivers when I get a chance.

Thanks Amazze. No need to apologize, at least you know your engine temp management works now!!
Things are looking up already, I just got a call for an interview at a stealership near my house for the monday after I get back. I'm pretty stoked now.

Hey guys. Bummed I couldn't join ya on Sunday. Might have been able to swing it if I'd been paying attention to this part of the forums :(

I'm definitely down for riding the Ozello Trail though. I'm in Clermont, a good ways from Sanford. I could hop the Turnpike and meet you guys around the 44/I-75 interchange. Or hell, depending on what time you plan to meet at the Sanford Mall, I wouldn't mind meeting out there.

Either way, I'm in :)

^you could take 27 or 19 north and meet us in tavares or leesburg, that'd be a nice ride. You have some nice roads in your area, I'm jealous.

We'll keep this thread updated. I'm glad there's a few in the area that we can ride with.

^actually, I'd probably rather ride up that way with you and meet FlaX out there rather than take I4 up to sanford...

Yeah, we do have some nice roads out my way. I live off of 27 south of 50, just behind Lake Louisa St Park. My daily routine includes 20-30 minutes of the back roads after I get home from work :D (would be longer, but I'm already pushing it as it is. I'm constantly expecting my wife to be pissed when I get back almost an hour later, dinner cold, kids crying... lol)

I'm in Clermont

Damn and that is where we were riding Sunday too . I don't know if you saw the route we took but we rode 561 to 27 and ate at the Tijuana Flats on 50 so we were in your neck of the woods . This is the route we rode and probably the most common route we have rode for the Orlando meets . Sugarloaf Mt. . Do you know any other roads in that area that are good to ride ?

There's some good roads south of 50 in that area too. Sort of in between me and him. I have only been out there twice but seems like some good riding out there, and a little more out in the middle of nowhere.

Oh man, you guys rode my old route to school! I took some classes out at LSCC in Leesburg. That was much nicer than taking 19 up. I'd do that again too if you guys are up for it. Hell, I'd go all the way into Mt. Dora for some Sushi at the Mt. Dora Sushi Co. ;)

I've ridden the 561/33/565 loop a bunch too, but there's not much out there and it's more straights than I would like. But there's typically not much traffic and there are some decent twisties here and there.

The Old HWY 50 route between Clermont and downtown Wintergarden is really nice, but it's short. Maybe we could incorporate that into part of a longer ride though. 561 headed north from my place is pretty nice. Could take that across 50, around lake Minneola and pick up Old 50 from there. Maybe I'll scout around some this afternoon. I didn't get my fix in on Sunday, and last night was just the ride home from work. I could use some alone time with me and the girl ;)

That 565 turns into logging rd/center grade road and looks like it's got some twists to it (on google maps). I always end up turning onto lake erie road and heading back east though...
