Like I know they need dealerships, but they can do something similar to Ural. If Ural can find dealerships, I'm sure EBR would be able to.
Dealerships often only have 1 or 2 Urals for sale at a time. Their headquarters are in Washington state. And Urals are really poor quality motorcycles. But they still sell.
EBR could get Troy running in a downsized form, and put out a limited amount of bikes per year. Give some basic service training and manuals to the dealers. Any major warranty issues, the bike would be sent back to Troy for repair or replacement. Who knows, if the XB's were in the view of customers looking at 600cc bikes, interest and demand could spark.
I feel like alot of the guys who walked into Harley shops never gave the Buell a second look, they were set on buying a Harley. Perhaps if EBR could get their product in the eyes of the younger market, demand could grow. I know from my experience, most guys young or old can't identify my bike.
What I am saying is, put XB's in the same showrooms as Japanese bikes and lets see what happens.
