So I just finished the warrior dash and am going to be getting ready for the next Tough Mudder in my area which is either ATL (Dec) or Tampa (Feb). Any one else ran one of these? or better yet anyone else want to run one? The tough mudder is alot harde and will take a bit of training but should be a blast.

How do you prep for that?????

Looks like an Armageddon or Zombie movie, Fun stuff :p

Add 100lbs of gear and you got yourself a dash, did my far share with gear in Iraq but adrenaline makes the 100lbs go away ;), had to run close to a full mile once through a clay, water saturated field, with canals and ditches all over, oh and bullets zipping by and shooting my M16 too not sure how I did it but did.

those events definitely seem custom tailored for soldiers. I'm going to do one myself. my old PL said him and his wife did a warrior dash and he said it wasn't easy but wasn't that bad either. But he said it was fun and you'll see lots of interesting characters.

i did the warriordash last year...and was supossed to today actually, but sadly i couldnt make it...and now im sitting at work instead

I would love to get a group of buellers up for the tough mudder. My training right now is alternating 1 mile run at 6 min miles then a circuit of kettlebell swings pull-ups and pushups then repeat until complete failure about 5 days a week. Will chang this up in a week or two but its killing right now.
