So I wanted to make this thread so that veterans and active members can communicate since I don't use any other form of social media. Lets talk about tours, branches of service, duty stations. Whatever compare stories ETC and maybe even talk about our Buells. I was personal security for Gen Williams in 05-06 we were on camp Blue diamond in Iraq. Any questions. :D

This will make a good thread. Thank you for starting it and coming up with the idea. I am a veteran and am making a military themed Buell - war plane in fact. Still working on it so not ready for the big reveal yet. I've had te graphics for 6 months now but those go on last of course. I am really busy right now so need to fond the time when I can finish everything. Well, actually, who am I kidding - it will "never" be "finished", but I mean done to the point of when I can say I have finished what I set out to do in this phase at least.

I am an Army Vet 03-07... only 4 years, but did 2 tours overseas. The first was 7 months mixed between Kuwait and Qatar. The second one was 13 months in Iraq (Camp Fallujah and Ramadi).

I'm a veteran also. I just recently ETS'd from the Army after 9 years. I did three tours, 15 months in Iraq and two years in Afghanistan, first at Kandahar then Bagram. I was an infantryman for three years and my first deployment, then I worked on and crewed the UH-60 Blackhawk. I still live in the ghetto that surrounds Ft Bragg NC and I ride an 1125cr.

USMC Vet I was in Iraq from 05-06 In Ramadi on Blue Diamond and then we were in Falluja for a little while. And of course we all pass through Kuwait. I provided personal securtiy for Gen Williams as a main detail, Sec Nav once, and the ambassador of Iraq a couple times. We trained with SOTG which are private contractors in VA beach on an Air force base. While in country we were at the GOV center almost every day. Maybe I bumped into a few of you and didn't even know it.

Usmc 0311 from 04 to 08. I was in Iraq 06 to 07. Our ao was the haditha triad but my platoon ran operations out of fob haqlaniyah. Which was just a blown up school

Thanks guys I was 2nd Mar Div when I was deployed. I loved my psd team we got everything we wanted people hated it because If we needed something you had we took it. But we were never dicks but the fact that we could have been was awesome. But then again anyone who deals with sec nav gets p residence and Gen Williams was in control of all Govt ops that took place in Iraq when we were there so hes pretty special to.
