What's the age of the typical Buell owner?

34 years old. Currently have an 06 Goldwing, an 03 BMW F650GS, and as of a week and a half ago, an 09 XB12Scg. I've been riding since I was about 5... So far, that old man's bike has been the coolest thing I've ever owned, but we'll see. I've only ridden the buell once, so I've only ridden it 300 miles...

Just turned 58 yesterday rode new 09Uly to work today. Started on neighbor's Wizard then went to a whoping big Honda 160. That was in 1965, I think the riding bug just never gets lost.

Just turned 27 at the end of February. I bought my first bike (Ninja EX500) when I was 23. Bought my 2008 Honda CBR 600RR last spring and bought my 2009 XB12R as a birthday present to myselt last month! I have still not ridden the 12R yet...soon though.

i'll be 30 in july. first bike was a 1980 suzuki gs550 in 2005. bought my 03 xb9r in may of 2007. have loved every second riding it. just bought the 09 xb12Ss in october 2009 so i can have both xb models. my dad (09ulytoy) got his ulysses when i bought the Ss. we're not allowed to go looking at motorcycles without our ladies anymore.

I was 55 when I bought my 08 lightning, and no it was not a midlife crisis. the bike it replaced was a KTM 625 supermoto. My first bike was a 500 Matchless single.

Old fart of 48 here. Mid life crisis, I don't think so. Been riding for 38 years and can't get enough. Took advantage of the "lets get rid of em quick" deals from Harley and picked up an 1125 and Firebolt for the price of one. Sure hope Eric comes back and shows Harley how they really f--ked up! Been a fan of sport bike for a LONG time. Sold my sportster when my youngest was on the way and couldn't pass on the deals they have on them now. Got my sport bike and kept that unmistakable AMERICAN V-twinn!!

i bought my buell when i was 19....been riding all my life and i always liked buell's and ducati's when i was a kid...my first bike was a suzuki savage lol so slow i topped it out at 85 mph laying on the tank lol

I bought my 05 xb9r when i was 21. It got stolen from me 2 years ago! i replaced the bike with a 97 cyclone, not quite the same as the firebolt lol. then sure enough they catch the guy selling it on craigslist a couple months ago listed no title no keys lol. lucky me i bought the bike back from state farm cheap and now i have 2 buells!!

To ride is what we all want . to stay on the move to make new friends. To enjoy life before it all slips away.I would say the guy that sit at home and eats sleeps and works their life away is the ones who are in the Crisis. hey you know what it too nice to sit here and punch these keys right now
